Vinyl Destination was started in August 2006 by Richard Merrygold (Mez). After launching itself onto the Hard Dance scene by hosting the hugely successful Global Gathering Afterparty at Bureau in Stratford Upon Avon (home town of the UKs biggest dance festival), Mez decided it was time to move on to the next stage. Matt Deegan was soon invited on-board and Vinyl Destination set its sights on the bright lights of the hard dance and UK capital, London.

Seasoned and still very active clubbers, Matt and Mez can often be found at events all over the UK such as Frantic, Polysexual and Tidy.

After many years of clubbing and attending these events, they felt it was time to give something back. They decided to start promoting their own events to help other people get a taste of what has to be one of the fastest growing dance music scenes in the world, and so Vinyl Destination was born.

Vinyl Destination is run by clubbers for clubbers and we intend to make sure that everyone enjoys the party. We aim to bring you the best and most established hard dance and hard trance DJs on the planet, backed up with the hottest new talent from around the UK and Europe. We have every intention of rocking the hard dance scene to its very foundations.
